What is Our Shipping Policy?
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days!
- Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days for immediate shipping. Average processing times may be extended during the holiday seasons.
- Once shipped, you can expect your domestic shipped (US) package in 3-5 business days. (barring any delays with USPS)
- We ship all of our packages through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- We do not ship or process orders on holidays
- If you would like insurance, please contact us. Additional fees may apply.
- We will not be held liable for delays with shipping once your item(s) have been dropped off or picked up by our shipping carrier. USPS shipping and processing times are out of our control.
- All of our packages are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail service along with a tracking number. According to your tracking number, once the package is shown as being scanned and received by the post office, delivery of the package is out of our hands. If a package goes missing you must contact your local post office in regards to it’s whereabouts.
- Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses and if returned to us the buyer will need to purchase a new shipping label to have the item resent.
*FREE SHIPPING - We offer free standard shipping to all orders shipping to a US address when the standard shipment speed (USPS First Class Mail) is selected. Priority shipments will be paid by the customer.
