We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Each listing should have detailed information about sizing and a size chart. Please feel free to contact us if this information is not on an item you are curious about and we will make sure to send it to you.
**Please note that because each item is custom made to order we can not offer exchanges of returns based on size. We ask that you carefully read the size chart, and recommend that you size up if you are not sure which size is best.
We include care instructions with each order. If you have further questions, please ask before receiving your order.
We always recommend spot washing when possible. Wash inside out, COLD water, like colors, gentle soap, and hang to dry.
If you need to iron the item make sure that you place a non-stick and heat resistant material between the fabric and the iron. (like wax paper, teflon, etc)
We take pride in our packaging and our goal is to make every order you receive from us feel like opening a gift!
If you would like something extra or for us to include a note or card for a friend/loved one just let us know at the checkout screen in "notes to seller" and we will do our best to make your item special.
We are both perfectionists with maybe just a little case of OCD as well! While we strive to only send out the very best items, in an effort to get orders out without delay sometimes things get past our crucial eyes. If that happens to be the case:
Reports of issues or damages must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation along with photos of the item with any tags still attached and a photo of the packaging/original shipping label as well.
At this time we are unable to offer wholesale options.
Once a package is shipped we no longer have control over delivery times. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and new safety measures and restrictions you may experience delyas with the shipment of your order. Please be patient with us and USPS as we try to get packages delivered as quickly as possible. Any and all shipping times shown are simply estimates and are not guaranteed. You do have the option of upgrading your shipping speed at the checkout screen if preferred. Only the Express option is guaranteed by USPS.
If the package is returned to us, you can repurchase a shipping label from us and we can then resend the package for you or you can forfeit the item and it will be donated.
